You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll the pages.

An option is available to separately list all the links on any page. This will open up a small pop-up window. Use your mouse to click on the links or use the 'tab' key to scroll down the links then press 'enter' to open the link. The link for this can be found at the left side of each page.

To change the size of text:

You can increase or decrease the size of the text on a page to page basis by using the facility at the top of each webpage in this site.

You can change the background and font styles by selecting from the options at the bottom of the webpage.

Alternatively, in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, if you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard whilst moving the wheel forward, to increase text size, or backward, to reduce text size.
